The editors of Sky Vegas Guide receive complaints and suggestions through the complaints and suggestions form at the bottom of the page. That form is the only channel we use. All messages are read.

We are an independent website, not Sky Vegas or the company that operates it. We have no access to your account, so we cannot release a withdrawal, confirm your identity or change a limit. Deposits, withdrawals, verification and access are matters for Sky Vegas' support service, explained on our page about Sky Vegas support.

If something on a page seems wrong, tell us the address of the page, the sentence or table row in question and, if you can, a link to a source with the correct detail. Please never send passwords, copies of ID, bank card numbers or other account details: we do not need them and cannot use them.
